Eight years.Still building.
In January 2025, Buckeye Electric paused to look back at eight years of work—and at the people, training, and service calls that shaped the company.

The milestone
Thousands of small jobs add up.
Buckeye Electric began as a small local venture. By January 2025, the team had completed more than 5,300 service calls across Central Ohio. Those calls included everyday repairs, urgent troubleshooting, equipment connections, generator work, EV charging, and projects for homes and businesses.
The numbers in this article are a historical snapshot, not a live counter. What matters most is what they represent: thousands of opportunities to solve a problem clearly and leave an electrical system safer than we found it.
Training
Build electricians while building the company.
The company was created around two needs that fit together: customers need capable electricians, and people entering the trade need real projects, patient instruction, and progressively greater responsibility.
Apprentices learn alongside experienced electricians, while licensed supervision, formal education, and field standards provide the structure. That training focus helps Buckeye Electric serve both straightforward repair calls and more involved residential or commercial work.
What comes next
Reinvest, improve, repeat.
Growth is useful only when it improves the work. Buckeye Electric continues to reinvest in training, tools, vehicles, safety, and systems that help the team communicate and perform consistently.
Eight years was a meaningful milestone. It was also one point in a longer story of serving Central Ohio and creating a durable path into the electrical trade.
