Electrical apprentice

No electrical experience is required for consideration. We are looking for mechanically capable people who want to learn, work safely, and build a long-term trade career.

Baseline requirements

Experience varies by position, but every applicant must be ready for the responsibility that comes with customer property, company vehicles, active job sites, and electrical work.

  • Valid driver's licenseRequired for company and job-related driving.
  • Driving eligibilityApplicants must meet written company and insurer standards. A disqualifying DUI, hit-and-run, suspended or revoked license, reckless-driving offense, or comparable major violation can prevent eligibility.
  • Background screeningFinal hiring is contingent on satisfactorily completing a job-related background check after a conditional offer and as permitted by law.
  • Drug testingFinal hiring is contingent on passing required drug testing after a conditional offer and as permitted by law.
  • Mechanical aptitudeTell us what you have built, repaired, installed, maintained, or troubleshot—even outside the electrical trade.
